Women who lead often experience Imposter Syndrome, where they doubt their accomplishments and fear being exposed as a fraud. This can undermine confidence and decision-making. Additionally, gender bias in the workplace can often affect how women are perceived and treated, creating additional obstacles to leadership. Women also often juggle multiple roles, balancing professional responsibilities with personal and family obligations, which can add to stress and impact performance. My coaching services are specifically designed to tackle the issues facing women who lead by providing support and tools to build self-trust, empowering women to lead with authenticity and strength. Although my services are tailored to women, I work with men in the organisations I support to facilitate and empower equity and inclusivity.

BACKGROUND:

After a period of significant chage, an organisation contacted me to support their leadership team. They hoped to improve team morale, rebuild cross functional communication chanels and generally reduce a culture of stress following organisational restructuring.

My approach was to ask each leader to complete a self-assessment exercise followed by a 1:1 coaching session helping them to express themselves, develop self-awareness and create personalised development strategies. Using the data anonymously collected from these exercises and calls, I developed an interactive workshop to support them, as a group, in rebuilding their cross-functional communication strategies, taking responsibility for their wellbeing and generally improving morale, engagement and productivity.

WHAT Was INCLUDED:

  • Self-Assessment: Leaders complete a 30-minute audiovisual self-assessment, providing anonymous baseline data on current challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • 1:1 Coaching: Each leader participates in a confidential 60-minute coaching session, followed by a reflective exercise to integrate strategies.
  • Workshop: A 3-hour face-to-face, interactive workshop focused on key themes identified from the diagnostics and coaching sessions, ensuring practical and relevant outcomes.
  • Reporting: A comprehensive report outlining themes, patterns, and actionable recommendations for ongoing development, maintaining strict confidentiality.

TIME & MONEY:

  • Total commitment per leader: approximately 5 hours
  • Fiscal investment per leader: £1,750
  • Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 25% following 1:1 coaching, and 25% balance on receipt of final report and recommendations.
