Where appropriate we will deliver targeted, structured intensives for key individuals and small groups.

Our Team Partnerships are designed for a maximum of 8 individuals . For teams larger than 9 or 10, we’ll invite a co-facilitator to protect delivery quality and psychological safety. We operate a preferred supplier list for co-facilitation and you will be consulted on the final choice.

Our tailored Team Partnerships are contained. We aim to run time-efficient 30 to 90 day blocks that are built for real-time adoption. Our Team Partnerships are not designed for endless sessions.

Yes! A perfect fit. We’re not trying to “fix” anyone, we’re creating clarity under pressure. Our diagnostics and sponsor prep will help us name what is happening without blame and our offset will facilitate psychologically safe forward motion.

If the situation is actively unsafe (harassment, ongoing grievances or legal process) we’ll pause and recommend an alternative route forward.

Very little. Your team completes the diagnostics in advance, then we run a sponsor/lead preparation call to clarify purpose, known risks, and what “better” needs to look like after the reset. The offsite day is then used for decisions, agreements, and design. Our implementation calls are set based on the needs of the group.
