My work is grounded in identity, relationship to self and self-trust. Over time, many leaders lose trust in themselves, forget their own limits, and begin living from obligation rather than clarity. I help restore what has been quieted: awareness, permission, and the ability to choose differently. This work is not about optimising or performing better. It is about behavioural recalibration for leaders whose systems have reached capacity.
I work with a small number of clients to ensure depth, privacy, and impact.

Hexagon Gold Professional Coaching delivers behavioural and leadership coaching for founder-led and family-run businesses where pressure, complexity and responsibility have created unsustainable leadership patterns. By addressing the unspoken patterns and dynamics that shape how leaders think, respond under pressure and influence high-performance cultures – restoring clarity, emotional regulation and defining a more sustainable way of leading.

I work with leaders to recalibrate how they think, respond, communicate and decide โ so they can lead with self-assurance, clear direction and personal authority, rather than obligation or depletion. To achieve this, I offer a limited number of private Reset Days every month for leaders who feel ready to pause, recalibrate and choose a more sustainable way of living and working. These private, in-person experiences are curated for those who know they way they are currently operating is no longer viable.
