Are we right for each other?

COACHING IS A THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP

A coaching partnership only works if we can be real with each other – specifically about the stuff that’s hard to say out loud. That’s why we start with a clarity call: an opportunity to find out if coaching the right fit for you and if I am the right coach for you.

work with me

Coaching does work but it is not a magic wand and it won’t work if you aren’t open to investing in yourself, experimenting and “doing the work.” With this in mind, before you consider a coaching partnership, take some time to ask yourself the following three questions.

01

AM I READY?

Wanting something to change and taking the steps to change something are two very different things. It takes courage to begin – even if you’re not sure what it looks like. Being ready means you’re prepared to show up consistently, knowing doing nothing is no longer an option and recognising that your willingness to implement insight and take action.

02

AM I WILLING?

Coaching can feel like opening the junk drawer – you’re never quite sure what you’ll find in there. It could be uncomfortable, even confronting. You might come face-to-face with thoughts you’ve been avoiding, beliefs you’ve outgrown, or habits that are limiting you. Willing means you have the capacity to sit in the discomfort with compassion and objectivity.

03

DO I FEEL SAFE?

Change doesn’t happen easily in places that feel critical or pressured – coaching offers a space to say the hard things – the messy, uncomfortable, the emotional – and still feel held. If you feel you can speak honestly with me, name your needs and share what’s really going on beneath the polished exterior then this space will be valuable to you.

Safe?

what do my clients think?

I am incredibly proud to partner with my extraordinary clients and I’ve asked them to share what they’ve learnt about themselves through workshops, coaching calls and reflective exercises.
  • I attended a networking meet up recently and listened to a really interesting and thought provoking talk given by Hexagon Gold. As a self employed health and wellbeing practitioner the talk highlighted personal boundaries and responsibilities and the importance of self resilience and care.

  • Really helped me when I needed it and she went above and beyond to book me around my shifts. Made me feel so comfortable and understood. Gave me tools and techniques that I could actually use and put in place. Highly recommend.

    Deputy Vetrinary Nurse Team Manager
  • It was a valuable experience – I gained insights into areas where improvements could be made, recognised unproductive habits and highlighted opportunities to implement positive change which could enhance productivity.

  • Automating repetitive steps like creating templates for common client queries and setting up automatic reminders would reduce the need for constant check-ins making the workflow smoother for me and my team – less stress, better time management and increased productivity
